In 2004, reacting to client feedback and recognizing than an inter-brokerage networking group of top luxury experts would be a powerful force in meeting client's needs, the "Luxury Home Marketing Group of the Triangle" was formed. The objective was to provide an unsurpassed network of the industry's top producing agents with home tours, unbiased feedback and monthly meetings. The concept has been quite successful. Membership within the group is highly sought after within the industry. High standards must be met and maintained in order to be considered for candidacy. Each member has been selected based on professionalism, commitment, experience, sales success and above all, client satisfaction.

Members are familiar with the Triangle, but their area of expertise lies in the upper-tier neighborhoods. They understand the importance of knowing the elite builders and the products utilized in the building process. They can make recommendations to their Sellers (collectively) on how to make existing home compete with new construction.

As a networking team they employ powerful marketing strategies. A member tour is held monthly of properties listed within the group. Each property is discussed at length with written positive recommendations that increase the home-seller's prospects for a quick and successful sale. It is not unusual for homes to sell within the "Luxury Home Marketing Group" as a direct result of the tour, with one member representing the seller and the other, the buyer. Members alert the group of their new listings or a request for a home matching specific buyer needs. Members frequently have exclusive knowledge of unlisted available properties.
