President

Jill Rekuc, Raleigh native and owner of Olde Raleigh Real Estate is thrilled her city has captivated the national spotlight as America’s premier place to live. Jill’s initiative to build and preserve steadfast trust with every client has withstood the test of time. Skillfully executing real estate transactions for 25 years, her honesty and integrity are among the many reasons her established business is primarily generated by past clients and referrals. Jill is distinctively recognized for selling one of the four most expensive homes ever sold in Raleigh and Wake County (per TMLS), a testimony of her successful commitment to service at the highest level.

Over time, Jill has earned the reputation of "Olde Raleigh's Resident Real Estate Expert” in the exclusive gated neighborhood she’s called home for 34 years. This distinction reflects her lifelong dedication to the community, personally and professionally, with 69 transactions and counting.

Jill serves as 2024 President of the Triangle’s Luxury Home Marketing Group, a private network of industry leaders with proven performance in the upper-tier market. She has also earned the National Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Million Dollar Guild designation in recognition of her experience, knowledge, and expertise in high-end residential properties. Furthermore, Jill displays her ongoing commitment to the real estate sector by remaining engaged in local, state, and national initiatives.

A firm believer in giving back to the community that provided the framework and environment for her success, Jill is devoted to Christ Episcopal Church, is a long-time supporter of UNC Children’s Hospital, and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Raleigh. Holding a Master’s degree in Health Education, her prior accomplishments include medical and corporate careers. Jill fondly calls Olde Raleigh home, where she resides with her husband, Tom, and Lemon Bassett, Lillie. In addition, she takes great pride in her daughter, Caroline, an anesthesiologist in Virginia, and her son, Brian, an entrepreneur in NYC. Apart from her children, she lovingly cherishes her role as a grandmother, enjoys time at the beach, piddling amongst her flowers, and socializing with girlfriends.
