The Raleigh-based Luxury Home Marketing Group focused on the process of staging a home for successful showing and sale, during their October meeting. Bobbie McGrath of Successful Staging discussed the various ways to stage a home.
“In the world of marketing for luxury, or estate homes, first impressions become lasting impressions,” said LHMG President Linda Craft. “Bobbie’s presentation was a refresher course on how to maximize a home’s attractiveness for our group. Offering this kind of assistance to home sellers in the $750,000 home and up range is an important part of the value we deliver.”
October’s tour of Luxury Homes included properties represented by Shawn Britt (11312 Brass Kettle, Chatsworth), Kimberly Conroy (1013 Lindenhall Way, Hasentree, 1817 Silver Mist Court, Parker Falls), Becky Davis (7020 North Ridge Drive, North Ridge, 8624 Cold Springs Road, Cold Springs Estates) and Linda Kolarov (10531 Byrum Woods Drive, Silverton).
