Members of the Raleigh-based, Luxury Home Marketing Group discussed homes’ outstanding features in their August meeting. Each monthly meeting features a tour of elite homes, and while each property has many outstanding features, there is usually one that is an outstanding, unique feature that needs extra attention. Guest speakers Rhonda Tilley Benvie of Help Me Rhonda interiors and Amy Holderby of Upon the Rock Granite and Stone discussed how to advise home sellers on making choices on best first impressions.

“Our homebuyers have high expectations when looking for a home in the $750,000 and up marketplace,” said LHMG President Linda Craft. “As REALTORS®, it is our responsibility to highlight the distinguishing features in the homes we represent. When we come across an architectural or landscape feature that is unique because of what it is, or the quality of work done to create the feature, it gives us an extra tool to help match buyers and sellers.”

August’s tour of member homes included properties represented by Lindsey Taylor (12104 Ballybrook Ct, Buckingham Manor, Raleigh), Linda Craft (10008 Brassfield Rd., Chatsworth, Raleigh); and Kimberly Conroy (5109 Terra Cotta Dr., Chestnut Oaks, Raleigh). See a feature of each tour home below.
