Luxury Home Marketing Group Focus on Home Improvement
& Impact on Home Sales in May
(Raleigh, NC) – Members of the Raleigh-based, Luxury Home Marketing Group focused on the role home improvement projects play in estate homes during May’s monthly meeting. Guest speaker Eddie Casanave of Distinctive Remodeling discussed some do’s and don’ts for property owners who want to get the maximum value out a remodeling project when considering re-sale.
“One of the roles we play as Realtors is advising owners of estate quality homes on what kind of improvements should be made before a sale,” said LHMG President Linda Craft. “Eddie talked about his philosophy which includes innovative design, quality craftsmanship and attentive customer service. This matches up with the Luxury Home Marketing Group’s goals of delivering results for homeowners and buyers in the elite, over $750,000 end of the market.”
May’s homes tour included properties represented by Kathy Beacham (1809 and 1813 Shady Hill Lane, in Wakefield, Wake Forest), Linda Bird Kolorav (8324 Society Place in Madison Park, Raleigh), Shawn Britt (2300 Ricklynn Court in Cedar Creek, Wendell) and Kimberly Conroy (11313 Ridgegate Court in Brier Creek, Raleigh).
Members also outlined continuing-education goals for a strategic planning session in June in Blowing Rock, North Carolina.
