Customer Contact & Communication is Focus of Luxury Home Marketing Group May Gathering
May’s gathering of the Raleigh-based Luxury Home Marketing Group focused on customer contact and communication.
“Our members realize the importance of continually updating our clients during the home-buying and selling process,” said LHMG President Kathy Beacham. “Several of our members have used the SendOutCards plan. We invited Jennifer Elkin to make a presentation on how the product is used locally. Members had a chance to compare their existing programs and share ideas for improvement.”
The group convened at Treasurer Shawn Britt’s listing, 1300 Glennis Court in Hasentree for the meeting. The tour included a Linda Craft-represented home at 6012 Over Haddon Court and a property represented by Lindsay Taylor at 9308 Royal Crest Drive.
