From the moment Kimberly entered the real estate arena, she has excelled in the areas of Seller and Buyer Representation. The first year she worked as a licensed real estate agent in the Triangle, she won the prestigious Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Rookie of the Year award. Striving to provide the highest level of service to her clients, Kimberly has continued to be one of her company’s most productive agents. She has consistently been the recipient of numerous sales awards and is one of her company’s Top General Brokerage Agents.

Kimberly is one of the few Coldwell Banker Agents in the Region that is a Certified Previews Property Specialist, a designation for agents that specialize in the marketing and sale of high-end executive homes. For 9 years, Kimberly has been a member of the Luxury Home Marketing Group, a coalition of top real estate agents in the Triangle with expertise in selling estate homes and has served on its Board of Directors for 7 years. The Triangle Business Journal has consistently ranked Kimberly as being one of the Top 25 Real Estate Agents in the Triangle. 

Professional growth and development are important to Kimberly. She earned the highly regarded CRS designation, the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents. She obtained the SRES designation which certifies her as a specialist in dealing with the real estate needs of the senior citizen population. Kimberly is a Certified Relocation Specialist with the nation’s top relocation service providers, including USAA, Cartus, NEI, and Altair Global Relocation. She serves all of Wake County and enjoys working with buyers and sellers in all price ranges.

Although Kimberly is proud of her award winning career, she prefers to measure her success by the level of satisfaction her clients experience when she is representing them as a Selling Agent in the hassle-free sale of their home or as a Buyer’s Agent during the search for the perfect dream home. Kimberly is a strong negotiator but believes in promoting a positive environment between Buyers and Sellers instead of taking an adversarial role. She strongly believes the home selling and the home buying process should be a joyful experience.

Kimberly is a native of Raleigh and is quite knowledgeable about the Triangle area since she has personally experienced the region’s rapid growth since the 1960s. She is so knowledgeable of the area that her clients often call her the “Human GPS!” Kimberly is a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in nursing. An avid gardener, Kimberly welcomes you to visit her rose garden to enjoy over 55 varieties of roses.
