Triangle - (Raleigh, NC) – The Luxury Home Marketing Group (LHMG) of Raleigh, NC focused on the real estate marketplace at their 2nd meeting of 2011, Monday, February 14th at Solomon’s Restaurant in Raleigh. The event featured a tour of five luxury homes, priced from $675,000 to $1,695,000, as well as a discussion of the specialized approach need to successfully sell elite homes.

“We evaluate each property at length,” noted LHMG President Kathy Beacham, of Coldwell Banker HPW. “We ntwork and create positive, written recommendations that increase the home-seller's prospects for a quick and successful sale.”
